There's always someone watching

🏀 There’s always someone watching! One of the themes that runs from start to finish in the book, is the belief that, whatever we do as coaches, parents, teachers, and leaders in general, is that “there’s always someone watching.” It doesn’t matter what we’re doing. Unless you’re absolutely by yourself, someone sees what you’re doing, and if you’re in a position of leadership or prominence, it’s quite possible that someone’s going to look at it and say … “That’s what I wanna do!” … or … “I wanna be like him or her.“ You may not notice it, or you might not think it’s important, but you should be mindful that, whether we know it or not, we’re always setting an example. Make sure what they see and possibly try to imitate in the future, is not something negative.
